YOUR JOURNEY

Learning equals change

Take your future into your own hands! Reflect on your role, your capabilities and where you would like to grow.

This is where you can self-assess your capabilities and note your reflections. You can set clear learning and development goals and record a goal(s) for the year ahead. The worksheet gives you a snapshot of key capabilities for your role.
