Building on the strengths of LIANZA’slong‑running journal discussion group, LIANZA Exchange offers a refreshed space that welcomes members from all sectors, career stages, and regions to think critically and learn collectively.
Our profession is changing rapidly and LIANZA Exchange is responding to members’ feedback asking for:
Time and space to reflect on practice, not just perform it
Conversations that connect and combine research, lived experience, and professional values
Cross‑sector dialogue and listening that strengthens professional identity and collective leadership

LIANZA member ideas and suggestions are strongly encouraged. This is a member space with the emphasis onshared discussion, not formal presentation.
