Nominations open for 2017 LIANZA Fellowship

LIANZA is pleased to announce that nominations have opened for the 2017 LIANZA Fellowship.

The Fellowship is the highest level of professional attainment awarded by LIANZA and is bestowed to a personal member of the Association who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, teaching or research qualities and as a result has made a significant contribution to the advancement of librarianship and/or information management.

So how does the LIANZA Fellowship work?

The nominee's suitability will be assessed by the Credentials Committee in terms of suitable criteria and a confidential written nomination submitted by at least TWO members of the association who hold Fellowships or Associateships.

The nominators must supply supporting evidence of the nominee's outstanding professional track record. This can include statements from colleagues in the industry.

All nominations must be CONFIDENTIAL, - the nominee must NOT be made aware of the nomination. So, keep it secret!

The closing date for nominations is 30 June, 2017.

The Fine Print
