LIANZA / JSCI Copyright Guidelines

The LIANZA Copyright Guidelines have been revised to take into account the Copyright (New Technologies) Amendment Act 2008, and may now be accessed on the LIANZA Website:

The Copyright Act 1994 and Amendments: Guidelines for Librarians. 4th edition, June 2008. 56 p.

Implications for Interloan of the Copyright Act 1994 and Amendments. 4th edition, June 2008. 9 p.

It is understood that the Amendment Act will come into force in October of this year. The revised Guidelines provide the opportunity for librarians to come to grips with the implications of the new legislation prior to that date.
