Online registrations have now closed. To register, please download a copy of the registration form, complete and fax back to Conference Innovators on 03 379 0460. If you need to make an amendment to an existing registration, please email Kerin at Conference Innovators kerin@conference.co.nz.

Please note, this does registration does not allow you to attend any Conference sessions. Things to bring: There is no conference satchel, so please bring your own – you could bring a satchel from a previous conference, a work satchel or a favourite bag from home instead.

| Fax Click here to download a copy of the Registration Form. Fax the completed registration form (both sides) together with your credit card payment to: 03 379 0390. A summary of your registration and a tax invoice will be e-mailed to you within seven days. | | Cancellations Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Secretariat in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100.00 will be made providing notification is received by Friday 04 September. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of LIA NZA. If, for reasons beyond the control of LIANZA, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. | 2. Management Login | | | ·
