The theme for LIANZA Conference 2008 is Poropitia Outside the Box.

This refers to the shifting nature of what we do and the world we work in. We have to ensure that we are developing and growing with the communities we serve.

We plan to deliver you a conference with a difference – one which will challenge you, change you, and help you change libraries.

LIANZA Conference 2008 will be held at the SKYCITY Convention Centre, Auckland, New Zealand, from Sunday 2 to Wednesday 5 November 2008.

Auckland is the perfect place to hold this conference. New Zealand’s biggest population centre is a bustling, culturally and historically diverse place with great activity and entertainment options.
