Re-design and deliver the Access and Housebound Services to the Waitakere residents.

Your goal will be to look at other models of Access and Housebound services to enhance and develop further our service delivery.

You will need for this a good level of writing, strong analysis skills, an empathy with elderly customers, some knowledge or networking ability with volunteer groups.

You will focus your day-to-day on serving the community via pertinent collections selections and delivery to retirement villages and housebound customers.
