Welcome to Special Libraries and Information Services - Northern, Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Library and Information Association of New Zealand Aotearoa (LIANZA)

We would like to extend a warm welcome to new and intending SLIS North members. Let us introduce ourselves and tell you about some of the activities membership offers.

The SIG serves the networking and continuing education needs of over 100 librarians and information professionals in the northern half of the North Island, including Auckland, who work in libraries ranging from one-person corporate libraries to specialist departments of tertiary libraries.
